PRINCIPAL APPOINTMENT PROCESS – HAVE YOUR SAY!
With our current Principal, Mr Freeman, retiring at the end of Term 3 2017, the Board of Trustees has the important task of appointing Knighton’s next Principal.
The Board is seeking input to identify the characteristics and qualities of the new Principal which you, as part of our school community, consider are most important.
Feedback will be consolidated and will contribute to the "person specification" saught of the new Principal.
You can provide feedback on what you think are the most important characteristics and qualities , anonymously if you wish, by leaving written feedback at the school office, or send by email to the Board Chairperson:

The Board of trustees (BOT) has the responsibility of governing the school. The principal is the school's leader in professional matters and in its day to day running. the Board of Trustees consistes of elected and co-opted parents, staff representative(s), and the Principal. The monthly BOT meetings are open to the public and speaking rights on a particular matter may be arranged in advance with the Chairperson.
